1. You become a member by completing your application forms and sending them to Jewish Matchmaking by joining on the internet, faxing the forms in, or printing them from the web site and mailing them in.

2. You will immediately receive a welcome e-mail and shortly thereafter one of our counselors will contact you for a detailed interview by telephone.  We do this to assure you that we understand exactly what your needs and desires are.

3. We then quickly proceed to send  you profiles of compatible  members meeting your specific requirements.  

4. We include with each profile a follow-up questionnaire. This  follow-up is for you to tell your counselor whether the introduction meets all your requirements.  This follow-up also tells your counselor if there are new contact requirements for the future.

5. We continue to send you many profiles based on your needs and desires until you tell us to put your membership on hold because you have found someone and you do not require any further profiles.

6. If you no longer need us, because you are getting married, and there is time left on  your membership you can transfer the balance to a friend at no charge.

7. Finally, we send you a wedding present when you get married.
